Our goal is to aid continental businesses in leveraging the African continent’s greatest asset – its vast mineral and agricultural resource.
With our dedicated network of partners, our primary focus lies in the fields of sourcing and trading. However, we also extend our expertise to provide advisory assistance in logistics for the purpose of fulfilling the varied requirements of our international clientele.

Dr Henry Igbinomwanhia
Chairman
Dr. Henry has over 24 years of diverse experience encompassing legal practice, banking, insurance, and sales performance management. He possesses strong expertise in team management, credit and risk management, leadership development, training, and consultancy. As an Industrial Relations Consultant, his work has significantly contributed to fostering harmonious industrial relations through enhanced collaboration between unions and management.
An accomplished professional in Leadership and Business Process Engineering and Re-engineering, Henry excels in Sales Performance Management, Sales Team Management, Project Management, Strategy Design and Execution, as well as Risk Management. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Association of Business Development Professionals in Nigeria (ABDPIN). Additionally, he is a Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (FCIHRM), a Chartered Human Resource Consultant (CHRC), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), and is a well-recognized Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
As Chairman, Dr. Henry exemplifies visionary leadership with a focus on strategic planning, business development while ensuring excellent synergy within teams.
Emmanuel Avboraye

Emmanuel Avboraye is an accomplished legal practitioner and business executive with extensive expertise in the solid minerals and natural resources sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director of HEB Metals Company Ltd., a leading player in Nigeria’s solid mineral trading industry, he leverages his unique blend of legal acumen and strategic business management to drive growth and operational excellence.
A graduate of Law from University of Benin, Nigeria, Emmanuel is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and holds certifications in corporate governance, contract negotiation, and mineral law. His legal background gives him a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, risk management, and contract structuring—critical areas in the highly regulated mining and mineral export market. Under his leadership, HEB Metals has expanded its portfolio to include the trading of key minerals such as gold, tin, lead, zinc, and lithium, ensuring the company maintains high standards in mineral sourcing, ethical trading, and environmental sustainability. His expertise ensures that all transactions meet both Nigerian and international mining laws, while promoting transparency and corporate responsibility in the solid minerals value chain
Bala Umar
Chief Operations Officer | Exploration Geologist | Solid Minerals Specialist
Bala Umar is an experienced geologist and solid minerals expert with a strong background in mineral exploration, resource evaluation, and operational management. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of HEB Metals a mineral trading company, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing exploration activities, mining operations, and strategic mineral sourcing across Nigeria’s rich mineral belts.
A graduate of Geology from a reputable Nigerian university, Bala brings a comprehensive understanding of Nigeria’s mineral resource potential, with hands-on expertise in identifying and evaluating deposits such as gold, tin, lead, zinc, lithium, and industrial minerals like quartz, barite, and limestone.
